Fantasia buys back more 10 5/8% notes due 2019, 13¾% notes due 2017

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 21 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has purchased an additional $4.6 million of its 10 5/8% senior notes due 2019 and $24.6 million of its 13¾% senior notes due 2017 in the open market.

On Nov. 10 the company announced it had purchased $6.5 million of its 10 5/8% notes due 2019 and $5.7 million of its 13¾% notes due 2017.

The company said it believes the repurchases will reduce its future financial expenses and lower its financial gearing level.

Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
