China's Fantasia plans to issue dollar-denominated senior notes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 15 - Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. announced its plans for an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes.

The pricing of the Regulation-S deal, including the principal amount, offer price and interest rate, will be determined through a bookbuilding exercise to be conducted by joint lead managers and joint bookrunners Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Hong Kong Branch and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd.

The notes have been approved for listing on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., according to a company notice.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt, finance existing and new property development projects, including land premium and construction costs, and for other general corporate purposes.

Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
