S&P rates Fantasia Holdings notes B+/cnBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B+ and cnBB- issue ratings to Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd.'s proposed issue of benchmark-sized senior unsecured notes due 2020.

S&P also affirmed the company's BB- long-term corporate credit rating.

The outlook is negative.

The agency said it affirmed the B+ issue rating on the Fantasia's existing senior unsecured notes and affirmed the cnBB long-term Greater China regional scale rating on Fantasia and the cnBB- issue ratings on the notes.
