New Issue: China's Fantasia prices $250 million 10¾% notes due 2020 at par

Atlanta, Jan. 15 - China's Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. sold $250 million 10¾% seven-year notes (B1/BB-/) at par, a market source said.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, to finance new and existing property development projects and for other general corporate purposes, according to a company filing.
Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
