Fantasia receives tenders for nearly half of 7 3/8% notes due 2021

Chicago, June 30 – China’s Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced that the company received tenders for 46.96% of its $400 million outstanding 7 3/8% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1498418224) in the any-and-all tender offer that started June 17, according to a press release.

Specifically, the company received tenders for, and will accept, $187,844,000 of the notes.

The company is buying the notes at par plus interest of $18.642361 per $1,000 note.

After the notes are canceled, there will be $212,156,000 of the bonds outstanding.

The tender offer is being financed with internal resources, according to a previous news release.
