China’s Fantasia buys back $10 million of senior notes from three series

Columbus, Ohio, June 15 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. made further repurchases totaling $10 million principal amount of three series of senior notes, according to a company announcement.

The company said it repurchased $4 million of its original $300 million of 11 7/8% senior notes due June 2023.

It also bought back $3 million apiece of the outstanding January 2023 and March 2024 notes.

Fantasia is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
