China’s Fantasia gives results from 7 3/8% senior notes tender offer

Chicago, June 1 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. gave the results from its cash tender offer for up to $100 million of its $500 million outstanding 7 3/8% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1498418224), according to a publication from the company.

As of the 11 a.m. ET May 28 expiration time, the company received tenders for $171,096,000, or 34.22%, of the outstanding principal amount of notes.

Tendered notes will be subject to a 51.58901% proration factor.

The company will pay $100 million for all notes accepted for purchase plus interest of $11.677083 per $1,000 note.

After completion of the offer, $400 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

The company intends to make further purchases of its senior notes soon, depending on market conditions.
