New Issue: China’s Fantasia Holdings prices $100 million add-on to 6.95% notes due 2021

Detroit, Jan. 13 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. sold a $100 million add-on (//B+) to be consolidated and form a single series with its $150 million of 6.95% senior notes due Dec. 17, 2021, according to a listing notice.

The new notes also bear interest from Dec. 18.

The notes are callable at any time at par plus a premium and interest.

UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and Haitong International Securities Ltd. were the lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S issue.

Proceeds are expected to be used to refinance existing offshore debt and for general corporate purposes.

Fantasia Holdings is a Shenzhen, China-based property development company.
