China’s Fantasia buys back $39.57 million 8 3/8% notes due 2021

New York, Oct. 27 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. received a total of $138,762,000 principal amount of its 8 3/8% senior notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1784286327) in its tender offer for the notes, representing about 26.68% of the total amount of the issue outstanding, by the Oct. 14 offer’s expiry, according to a company news release.

The offer expired at 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 22.

The company said it will buy $39,572,000 of the notes at the purchase price for a proration factor of 26.68%.

The purchase price is $1,006.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest of $11.864583 per $1,000 principal amount.

The company plans to cancel the notes that it purchases.

Following the offer, $480,429,000 of the issue will remain outstanding.
