Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 23 - Fannie Mae priced $3 billion of new 0.625% three-year Benchmark Notes Friday at a spread of 28.5 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes were sold at 99.951 to yield 0.641%. Price talk was at a spread of 26.5 bps over Treasuries.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the lead managers.
The notes are non-callable.
