New York, Sept. 19 - Fannie Mae reopened its issue of 1.25% five-year benchmark notes on Monday to add $1 billion, according to a press release.
The notes were sold at 100.369 to yield 1.174%. They are non-callable.
Total outstanding is now $5 billion, including $4 billion priced on Aug. 17 at Treasuries plus 35.5 basis points.
The U.S. government-backed mortgage lender is based in Washington, D.C.
