Fannie Mae's three-year Benchmark Notes talked at 29 bps over Treasuries, to price Thursday

Boston, July 13 - Fannie Mae plans to price new three-year Benchmark Notes on Thursday, talked at a spread of 29 basis points over Treasuries, market sources said.

The size of the offering has not been set, but it is expected to be at least $3 billion.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the lead managers of the offering.

The notes will be non-callable.
