Fannie Mae to redeem $1.18 billion of medium-term notes at par

Chicago, March 11 - Fannie Mae said it will redeem a total of $1,178,888,000 of its medium-term notes.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The redemption date is March 21 for three series of notes:

• $10 million of 5.35% notes due March 21, 2023;

• $50 million of 4% notes due March 21, 2018; and

• $200 million of 0.9% notes due Dec. 21, 2012.

The redemption date is March 23 for 10 series of notes:

• $100 million of 2.5% notes due March 23, 2012;

• $183.88 million of 0% notes due March 23, 2039;

• $250 million of 2.375% notes due March 23, 2012;

• $20 million of 4.5% notes due Dec. 23, 2016;

• $50 million of 2.375% notes due March 23, 2012;

• $15 million of 3.25% notes due Dec. 23, 2014;

• $50 million of 3.75% notes due March 23, 2020;

• $75 million of 2.25% notes due Dec. 23, 2015;

• $125 million of 2% notes due June 23, 2020; and

• $50 million of 2.5% notes due June 23, 2020.
