Fannie Mae talks two-year Benchmark Notes at 31 bps over Treasuries for Thursday

Boston, June 2 - Fannie Mae plans to price new two-year Benchmark Notes on Thursday, talked at a spread of 31 basis points over Treasuries, market sources said.

The size of the deal has not been set, but it is expected to be at least $3 billion.

Banc of America Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities LLC are the lead managers.

The notes will be non-callable.
