Fannie Mae to redeem $2.12 billion medium-term notes at par

Cleveland, Nov. 2 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem $2.115 billion of its medium-term notes.
Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
Affected are the following securities, to be redeemed on Nov. 12:
• $30 million of 5% notes due Nov. 12, 2024;
• $50 million of 1.5% notes due Nov. 12, 2014;
• $50 million of 4.625% notes due Nov. 12, 2019;
• $50 million of 3.25% notes due Aug. 12, 2015;
• $150 million of 0.5% notes due Feb. 12, 2013;
• $150 million of 2% notes due Aug. 12, 2015;
• $50 million of 2% notes due May 12, 2015;
• $60 million of 2% notes due May 12, 2016;
• $50 million of 2.3% notes due Nov. 12, 2013;
• $475 million of 2% notes due May 12, 2020;
• $500 million of 2.35% notes due Aug. 12, 2015;
• $250 million of 2.15% notes due Aug. 12, 2015; and
• $250 million of 3% notes due May 12, 2015.
