New Issue: Fannie Mae upsizes to $1 billion seven-year NC two-year 3.45% notes

Chicago, April 8 - Fannie Mae upsized to $1 billion its offering of 3.45% seven-year notes with a one-time call after two years.

The securities mature on April 8, 2016 and are callable on April 8, 2010 at par.

The initial $500 million was priced on April 1 at par. A further $100 million was added the same day, also at par, and then $400 million added on April 3 at 100.09.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the dealer.
