Fancamp completes C$5.53 million of C$6.5 million placement of units

Secutor Capital, Industrial Alliance Securities to be agents for deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 29 - Fancamp Exploration Ltd. said it raised C$5.53 million in the first tranche of a C$6.5 million private placement of units. The deal priced Nov. 16.

The company is selling units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.32 per unit and flow-through units of one flow-through common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.415 per unit.

Fancamp sold 1 million units and 12,546,966 flow-through units in the first tranche.

Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.50 for 18 months. The strike price reflects a 63.93% premium to the Nov. 15 closing share price of C$0.305.

Agents Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Secutor Capital Management Corp. are conducting the offering on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Fancamp is a junior mining company with interests in iron titanium, nickel, gold and uranium properties.
