FAM Small Cap Fund advisor class shares no longer offered for sale

Minneapolis, March 5 - Fenimore Asset Management Trust announced that effective March 1, advisor class shares of the FAM Small Cap Fund are not being offered for sale, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cobleskill, N.Y.-based Fenimore Asset Management, Inc. serves as the fund's investment adviser.
