Fallen Angels Value, Income funds appoint Moore as compliance officer

Minneapolis, March 21 - Fallen Angels Value Fund and Fallen Angels Income Fund announced that effective March 20, Michael J. Moore has been appointed secretary and chief compliance officer of AMM Funds, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Moore replaces Joseph D. Dang.

The fund's investment manager is Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.-based American Money Management, LLC.
