New Issue: Indonesia's Fajar Surya sells $100 million five-year notes at 11½%

New York, Oct. 20 - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. priced a $100 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (/B/B+) at 97.666 to yield 11½%, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction. United Overseas Bank was a co-manager.

The Jakarta-based issuer is an Indonesian paper company.
