Indonesia's Fajar Surya talks $100 million five-year notes at 11½%

New York, Oct. 16 - PT Fajar Surya Widesa Tbk. set price talk for a $100 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (B/B+) at 11½%, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction. United Overseas Bank is a co-manager.

The Jakarta-based issuer is an Indonesian paper company.
