Fairstar Heavy Transport completes NOK 64.8 million placement of stock

Company sells shares at NOK 8 apiece via ABG Sundal, Carnegie, SEB

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 27 - Fairstar Heavy Transport NV announced it raised NOK 64.8 million in a private placement of shares. The private placement was managed by ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA, Carnegie ASA and SEB Enskilda.

The company sold 8.1 million shares at NOK 8.00 apiece. The price per share is an 8.05% discount to the closing share price on Jan. 26, NOK 8.70.

Fairstar Heavy Transport is a Rotterdam, Netherlands-based provider of long-distance ocean transportation services for the offshore and onshore industries.
