FairPoint Communications launches term loan repricing

New York, Sept. 6 - FairPoint Communications Inc. held a conference call on Tuesday to launch a repricing amendment under which the company is looking to lower the spread on its term loan B, according to a market source.

Deutsche is the lead bank on the deal.

FairPoint Communications is a Charlotte, N.C., rural local-exchange carrier.
