Moody's rates American Society of Clinical Oncology, Va., A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 underlying rating to the American Society of Clinical Oncology's series 2008A and 2008B headquarters facility revenue bonds to be issued through the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Alexandria, Va.

The issue includes $15.95 million of series 2008A (taxable) and $48.05 million of series 2008B (tax-exempt).

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said it will also rate the bonds based on a letter of credit from SunTrust Bank.

Sale of the bonds was expected to April 14.
