S&P rates Inova Health, Va., bonds AA+/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA+/A-1+ rating to Fairfax County Industrial Development Authority, Va.'s $348.5 million of series 2008A to C hospital refunding revenue bonds issued for Inova Health System Foundation.

The issue includes $207.3 million of series 2008C1 to C4, $70.7 million of series 2008A1 and A2, and $70.5 million of series 2008B1 and B2.

The outlook is stable.

These bonds will refund the obligor's series 2005B, 2005D and 2005E bonds.

S&P also said it affirmed the AA+ long-term rating and underlying rating on various issues of debt issued by the authority for Inova and the AA+/A-1+ rating on the authority's series 1988 and 2000A bonds.
