New Issue: Fairfax County, Va., sells $131.47 million revenue refunding bonds

New York, April 6 – Fairfax County, Va., priced $131,465,000 of series 2016A sewer revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA) were sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2039 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund a portion of the county’s series 2009 and 2012 sewer revenue bonds.
