Fairchild Semiconductor repays in full, terminates credit facility

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 19 – Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. repaid in full all debt and other amounts outstanding under its credit facility dated Sept. 26, 2014 with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Fairchild terminated the credit agreement, except for an existing letter of credit that remains outstanding.

The company paid an aggregate of $200,190,146 for all other outstanding amounts.

The repayment was made on the closing date of ON Semiconductor Corp.’s acquisition of Fairchild.

Fairchild is a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based semiconductor supplier.
