Allegheny County, Pa., authority bondholders to discuss West Penn Allegheny bonds issues

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 10 - UMB Bank, NA notified Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority bondholders that it will host a call to discuss the potential approval of Highmark, Inc.'s affiliation with West Penn Allegheny Health System, among other bond-related issues.

Highmark recently filed for approval with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance.

The holders of $752.37 million of series 2007A West Penn Allegheny Health System revenue bonds are affected.

The call will be held at noon ET on Nov. 15. Holders wising to participate in the call must complete a certification form with UMB Corporate Trust. Holders who attended a Nov. 3 call will be considered precertified.
