New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.05 million contingent income autocallables linked to stocks

Chicago, Oct. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.05 million of contingent income autocallable securities due April 5, 2021 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Facebook, Inc., Booking Holdings Inc. and Johnson & Johnson, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon (plus any previously unpaid coupons) at the rate of 6.12% per year if each stock closes at or above its downside threshold level, 55% of its initial level, on the related determination date.

Beginning Dec. 26, the notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon (plus any previously unpaid coupons) if each stock closes at or above 90% of its initial level on any quarterly early redemption determination date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon (plus any previously unpaid coupons) unless any stock finishes below its downside threshold level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing stock from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
