New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.04 million uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes on four stocks

Columbus, Ohio, June 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.04 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due June 10, 2019 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., Netflix, Inc., the class A common stock of Facebook, Inc. and the class C capital stock of Alphabet Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each stock finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain of the worst performing stock.

Investors will receive par if the least performing stock falls by up to 40%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
