Credit Suisse plans Accelerated Return Notes on four technology stocks

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes due April 2018 linked to a basket of four equally weighted technology sector stocks, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying stocks are Amazon.com, Inc., Facebook, Inc., Alphabet Inc., and Netflix, Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 15% to 19%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price in February and settle in March.
