Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $406,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Aug. 3, 2017 linked to the class A common stock of Facebook Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be automatically called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly review other than the first and final review dates.
