New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $18.29 million contingent income autocalls on Facebook, Microsoft

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $18.29 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Sept. 6, 2024 linked to the shares of Facebook, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9% if each underlying stock closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on the observation date that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlying stock finishes below its 75% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.
