New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $500,000 10.54% autocallable yield notes on three stocks

New York, Dec. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of 10.54% autocallable yield notes due March 9, 2022 linked to the common stocks of Facebook, Inc., T-Mobile US, Inc. and Vodafone Group plc, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Coupons will be paid quarterly.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its trigger level on any quarterly trigger observation date. The trigger level will be 100% of each stock’s initial level.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 75% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing stock.
