New Issue: Citigroup sells $265,000 equity-linked securities on five stocks

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $265,000 of equity-linked securities due Sept. 29, 2022 tied to the least performing of the shares of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Facebook, Inc. and Netflix, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 8.25% per year, payable monthly.

If the final level of each asset is at least as great as 50% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% loss of the worst-performing asset.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
