New Issue: Citigroup prices $284,000 enhanced barrier digital plus notes linked to Facebook

Chicago, July 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $284,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Jan. 25, 2022 linked to the common stock of Facebook, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is greater than or equal to the final barrier value, 75% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the stock return and 10%, subject to a maximum return of 20%.
If the final share price is less than the final barrier value, the payout will be a number of Facebook shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, an amount in cash equal to the value of those shares.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
