Singapore's Ezra Holdings plans Singapore dollar perpetual securities

Madison, Wis., Sept. 6 - Ezra Holdings Ltd. said it is considering an issue of Singapore dollar-denominated perpetual capital securities.

DBS Bank Ltd. will be the lead manager and bookrunner of the offering.

Ezra is a provider of offshore support for the oil and gas industry with headquarters in Singapore.
