ValueAct sells shares of Exterran

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 17 - Investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP sold 302,700 shares of Exterran Holdings, Inc. stock between Oct. 5 and Oct. 16 priced from $83.03 to $83.71 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 1,512,594 shares, or 2.3%, of the Houston-based natural gas compression services company.
