Moody's rates Express Bank B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned B3 long-term and not-prime short-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings, E+ bank financial strength rating and Baa3.ua national scale rating to Express Bank.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect global default and loss expectation, Moody's said, along with the standing of the bank's credit quality relative to that of its domestic peers.

Moody's noted that the bank is unlikely to receive any external support in case of distress.
