Lexington, Ky., Nov. 17 – The Export-Import Bank of Thailand sold $100 million of three-year floating-rate notes (//BBB+) under its $3 billion medium-term note program, according to an offering circular.
The notes priced at par and will bear interest at compounded daily SOFR plus 111 basis points.
The Regulation S notes are redeemable early at par only for tax reasons.
Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd. was the dealer.
The financial institution is based in Bangkok.
