EXIM India offers five-year notes at Libor plus 115 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 7 – Export-Import Bank of India plans to offer five-year benchmark Regulation S senior unsecured floating-rate notes (Baa3//BBB-), according to a market source.

The notes will be priced in the Libor plus 115 basis points area.

Pricing was expected as early as Monday.

Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. is the bookrunner, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and MUFG are the structuring agents.
