Moody's: China EXIM notes A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional A1 long-term senior unsecured rating to the Export-Import Bank of China's (China EXIM) proposed $27 billion medium-term notes program and an A1 rating to the proposed dollar-denominated and euro-denominated senior unsecured notes issued under the program.

The notes will be issued by China EXIM's Paris branch and China EXIM, Moody's said.

The outlook is stable.

The provisional rating is in line with the bank's A1 long-term ratings, reflecting the structure of the proposed issuance, the agency noted.

The ratings on the bank and its debt are in line with China's sovereign rating, Moody's said.
