Company sells 1,179,600 of its common shares at $1.25 apiece in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 15 - Experience Art and Design Inc. settled a $1.47 million private placement of stock between Aug. 20 and Nov. 14, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 1,179,600 common shares at $1.25 apiece. The price per share reflects a 58.33% discount to $3.00, the Aug. 19 closing share price.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Wilsonville, Ore., company produces sculptures and other fine art work from historic molds for sale to museums and art collectors through galleries, fine art auction houses, precious metals castings and traveling exhibitions.
