New York, Dec. 13 - Expedition Energy Inc. said it has upsized to C$4,183,728 its previously announced C$3.51 million private placement.
The company intends to sell 2,145,502 units at C$1.95 each.
The units are comprised of one common share and two flow-through shares.
The offering was first announced Nov. 30 as a C$3.51 million offering of up to 1.8 million units under the same terms.
The deal is slated to close Dec. 15.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development on the company's properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Expedition is an oil and natural gas exploration and development company.
