New York, Oct. 15 - Expedition Energy Inc. said it priced a C$1.7 million private placement of common shares.
The deal is made up of 4.25 million shares at a price of C$0.40 per share.
Northern Securities Inc. handled the placement as a bought deal.
The Calgary, Alta., company will use proceeds to fund its exploration and development program in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
