Exopack starts roadshow for $225 million seven-year senior notes

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 17 - Exopack Holding Corp. will conduct an investor roadshow for a $225 million offering of seven-year senior notes (Caa1/CCC+) on the East Coast of the United States through the remainder of the May 16 week, according to an informed source.

The roadshow moves to the West Coast during the week ahead.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch have the books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights offering.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds, along with proceeds from a concurrent term loan, will be used to fund the tender offer for the company's 11¼% senior notes due 2014 and to pay a dividend to its stockholders.

Exopack is a Spartanburg, S.C.-based full-service paper and plastic flexible packaging products manufacturer.
