Eximbank Kazakhstan unveils KZT 60 billion second bond program

Madison, Wis., May 19 – Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC’s board of directors has approved a second bond program totaling KZT 60 billion, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The board also approved an initial issuance in the amount of KZT 30 billion under the new bond program.

This is a major transaction for the bank and will result in an increase in the bank’s liabilities by 10% or more of its equity, the announcement said.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
