Russia's Exillon Energy selects two leads for dollar notes roadshow

Atlanta, April 2 - Russia's Exillon Energy plc has mandated HSBC and VTB Capital for a roadshow to market a dollar-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

The roadshow for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal will begin April 4 and take place in the United States and Europe.

Exillon is a Urai, Russia-based oil exploration company.
