ExelTech attempts to extend maturity of convertible debentures again

Knoxville, Tenn., May 20 - ExelTech Aerospace Inc. said it has entered into discussions with holders of about $2.3 million of its convertible debentures due May 29, 2009 to extend the maturity date of the securities by six months to Nov. 30, 2009.

The maturity date had been extended previously from Feb. 26.

The issuer is an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider based in Montreal.
