Chicago, Feb. 20 - ExelTech Aerospace Inc. said it received the required consents from holders of its convertible debentures to extend the maturity to May 29, 2009.

The notes were set to mature on Feb. 26, 2009.

The company said it expects to enter into a supplemental indenture with Computershare Trust Co. of Canada, as trustee, and obtain the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
